cloakzy.tv is a community site for Cloakzy's stream. It runs a wager leaderboard, giveaways, raffles, a store, a parlay board and two house games. It is not a casino and takes no deposits — you cannot put money into this site, and nothing here is bought with money.

Gambling itself happens on Roobet, which is a separate company with its own terms. We are an affiliate: if you play under code CLOAKZY, a share of what Roobet earns comes back here and funds the prizes.

You need a Kick account, and you must be old enough to gamble where you live — 18 at minimum, and older where your jurisdiction says so. If you are not, do not use the leaderboard, the store, the raffles or the games.

One person, one account. Alternate accounts made to enter a giveaway more than once, or to claim a signup bonus twice, will have their entries and their tickets removed.

Tickets are a score, not a currency. They are earned from wager under code CLOAKZY, and they can also be granted by staff or won in the games. They cannot be bought, transferred between accounts, or cashed out except by redeeming an item in the store.

Your balance is calculated, not stored. It is the sum of what you have earned, been granted and won, minus what you have spent and staked. If Roobet revises a wager figure — a refund, a correction — your balance moves with it. That works in both directions and is not a fault.

Wager only earns tickets on a Roobet account verified as playing under the code. A linked account that is not under the code holds tickets from other sources but earns none from wager.

If you win something and you are not playing under code CLOAKZY, you qualify for 10% of the prize. The full value is for people whose play funds the prizes. This applies to giveaway and raffle wins and is applied when the payment is queued, so you can see it on your account before it is paid.

If we cannot reach Roobet to check your account, nothing is reduced. An unverified account is not treated as an unqualified one — our outage is not your penalty — and a moderator resolves it by hand before anything is paid.

Prizes are paid as Roobet tips to the account linked on your profile, so you need a linked Roobet account to be paid at all. A win is not a payment until it is sent.

A period runs from 00:00 UTC on the 1st of the month to 23:59 UTC on the last day. Ranking is on weighted wager, not raw — Roobet weights each game by its RTP, and the bands are published on the leaderboard page. Those bands are Roobet's and they have changed them before.

The board is a snapshot, synced from Roobet every few minutes. It is not live, and the figure on it can move until the period closes. Once a period closes its standings are frozen exactly as they paid out.

The prize pool and the split between places are shown on that page. They can be changed for a future period; they are not changed retroactively for a period that has finished.

Blackjack and Keno are provably fair and you can check any round yourself — see /fair, which publishes the algorithm and a script that reproduces our results without running any of our code.

Free chips are free chips. They cannot become tickets, and there is no path from a free-play win to anything of value. Ticket play stakes real tickets, and a losing stake is gone.

The parlay board is a book: a stake is spent when the slip is placed, prices are frozen at that moment, and a leg that pushes drops out and the payout is recomputed from the legs that survived. Lines move; the price you took is the price you get.

Draws are weighted and the weighting is stated on each one — subscribers draw at double, on either platform, and being subscribed on both does not stack. The result is decided and recorded before it is shown on stream; the animation is a replay of a decision already made.

A winner who cannot be reached, is disqualified, or does not meet a stated entry condition may be redrawn. Nothing is paid automatically — a person imports every prize payment by hand.

Do not:

• run more than one account, or enter on behalf of someone else
• automate entries, chat commands or requests to this site
• attempt to find or exploit a fault in the tickets, games or prizes

If you find a bug that pays out more than it should, tell a moderator. Reporting one is welcome. Farming one is the fastest way to lose your balance and your account.

Staff can remove entries, withhold a prize, correct a ticket balance and ban an account — every one of those is recorded against the moderator who did it. Automated checks on this site report to a human and never act on their own; nobody is banned or refused payment by a script.

These terms and the prize structures can change. Changes are not applied backwards to a period that has already closed or a prize already queued.

The site is provided as it is. It depends on Kick, Roobet, Twitch and Discord, and when one of those is down parts of this site stop working. We do not promise it will be available, and prizes depend on the affiliate revenue that funds them.

Gambling should be entertainment you can afford to lose. If it stops being that, stop. Roobet has deposit limits, session limits and self-exclusion in its account settings, and free confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org and Gambling Therapy.

If you have self-excluded from gambling, ask a moderator to remove your site account too.
