Privacy

Your Kick user ID, username and avatar, and the date your Kick account was created. The ID is what everything else attaches to — renaming on Kick does not lose your entries, because nothing is matched on your name.

The account ID and display name for each, and when you linked it. For Roobet we also store whether the account is registered under the code, and the wager figures Roobet reports for it — that is what the leaderboard and affiliate tickets are calculated from.

For Twitch and Discord we ask for the smallest possible permission. Twitch is asked for no scopes at all; Discord is asked only for identify. Neither can read your messages, your friends or anything else, and you can unlink either at any time on your account page.

Messages you send in Cloakzy's Kick and Twitch chats are recorded, along with giveaway and raffle entries, bonus hunt guesses, slot calls, store purchases and any bets placed on the parlay board or the site's games. Prizes and tips owed to you are kept as a permanent record so there is never a dispute about whether you were paid.

When the chat bot moderates — deleting a message, a timeout or a ban, whether automatic or typed by a moderator — it keeps a log of your chat name, what was done, why, and the first part of the message involved. Quotes a moderator saves with !addquote are kept until a moderator deletes them.

When you sign in, and while you are signed in, the site records the IP address you connected from and a coarse description of your browser — for example Chrome · Windows · desktop. It is one record per day, not per visit.

This is used for one thing: spotting when several accounts belong to the same person, because giveaways, raffles and tips are only fair if one person enters once. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold or shared, and there is no tracking of you anywhere other than this site — no canvas fingerprinting, no third-party analytics, nothing that follows you elsewhere.

The address is stored twice: once as an irreversible cryptographic hash, and once as the address itself. All the matching is done on the hash, so staff can be told “these accounts share a connection” without the address being visible to them. The address itself is restricted to the site owner.

The address is deleted after 90 days. The hash is kept, so the fairness checks keep working after the address itself is gone.

• No advertising, no ad networks, no third-party analytics.
• Nothing is sold, rented or shared with anyone.
• No cross-site tracking or device fingerprinting.
• No automatic decisions — a person reviews anything the site flags.

You can unlink Roobet, Twitch or Discord yourself on your account page. To have your account and everything attached to it removed, ask a moderator in chat or contact Cloakzy directly. Records of prizes and tips already paid are kept, because they are the evidence that you were paid.
